Mark your calendars! Just as many people look forward to Black Friday and Cyber Monday for great shopping deals, those in the nonprofit world ask you to remember them, too, on Giving Tuesday—which falls on Tuesday, November 29th this year.

Obviously, what one does with designated charitable and disposable funds is a personal decision, and everyone at The Table Foundation respects that. But we also know we have some of the most faithful and generous supporters out there, so please consider partnering with the Foundation as we enter our season of greatest need—and help us care for and feed the homeless poor.

Not only will the entire Team appreciate your generosity, but even more, so will the hundreds and hundreds of homeless people who will receive good food and other health essentials.

Thank you in advance!

In the past, some of our donors have generously agreed to sponsor a Matching Donation challenge. This is a way to multiply the impact of your gift by encouraging others to meet your challenge amount. If you would like to sponsor such a campaign, to be run on our other platforms and Social Media, please reach out to us at assistant@platinggrace.com

Trying To Find That Perfect Recipe For Great Employees

Help Wanted

Everywhere in the country one sees Help Wanted or Now Hiring signs. Yet so many of the jobs go unfilled, or if filled, are soon vacated by the recently hired employee. What is going on?!

Keeping and retaining employees seems to be another societal problem we are currently facing, and the Food Truck has not been completely immune, resulting in some cancellations of booked events and other adjustments, not to mention waiting for literally dozens of no-show, ghosting job interviewees. That is, the applicant simply does not show up or make any attempt to communicate which is all very frustrating indeed!
